Challenge themselves to translate their classroom knowledge
into real experience within the context of the demanding
business world.

Attract the most talented college students

worldwide, and evaluate their abilities and skills in order

to recruit and select potential employees, and increased

their company awareness to improve their chances of

receiving future employee applicants.

More than 56000 students from 160 universities have
participated, and increased the undergraduated
recruiting by 50% in the past 3 years

L’ Oréal Games:
Brandstorm
Students are invited to play product developer and brand
manager for a new product or brand-line
1)They receive a case study and they have to analyze
the market and develop a creative position for
the brad
2)One group is selected from each University
3)Each team travel to the Headquarters of the
country for a day, where they learn more about the
brand and get feedback of their proposal
4)They have a month and a half to develop their
creative proposal
5)They have the chance to brief the company’s
communication agency before they present
6)The winner team of each country fly to Paris for
the International Final where 35 countries are
participating
7)The CEO of the Company is present to select the
winner
