one or two lessons, you should focus on skills which have been
noted during feedback sessions as needing improvement e.g.
teacher talking time, checking instructions.
Objectives Include specific objectives for the learners, e.g. By the end of the
lesson the learners will be better able to:

read a text and identify specific information using scanning
skills
Assumptions The assumptions show that you have thought about what your
lesson expects of the students in terms of their prior knowledge
and/or language skills.
Anticipated These will relate to aspects of the content of the lesson e.g.
problems and linguistic, cultural etc or to the delivery of the lesson. Other
possible solutions problems which you anticipate such as timing, should be dealt with
in your lesson plan.
