CASE STUDY 1: Jouline

Understanding the Co-living Revolution!

Jouline is a young, lively and carefree young woman from a small township in Kerala. All her life,
she dreamt of moving to a bigger city and building her career after completing her education.

In the quest to follow her dream, she applied to multiple companies via online job portals and
attended several interviews. One fine Thursday morning, she gets an email from her dream
company. She has been selected for the role of a junior associate and will have to move to
Bengaluru. She is overjoyed. Her dream has finally come true!

But as excited as she was, she also had a lot of questions. Where will she stay? What about
food? How far will her home be from the office and how will she travel? It was then that her friend
suggested co-living.

It was a whole new concept for her parents and they were quite sceptical about it. But Jouline
was confident that this was the best choice for her. After a quick search on the app, she zeroed
in on Zolo Cosmos, right next to her office in Manyata Tech Park.

She is now living a stress-free life in Bangalore.
