INTERIOR FINISHES
General: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT MATERIAL AND FINISH SAMPLES FOR
ARCHITECT’S APPROVAL PRIOR TO FINAL INSTALLATION AND/OR APPLICATION.
1.0 GROUND FLOOR
1. LIVING ROOM
a. Floor. Plain Cement Finish only with colored cement mixture.
b. Walls. Masonry wall surfaces: latex paint finish, two coats,
with surface preparation to receive paint as per Paint
Manufacturer’s Specifications; use masonry neutralizer,
concrete sealer and putty. Color to verify with the owner.
c. Lightings
1. Recessed pinlights, PHILIPS Brand all-aluminum housing
with silver reflector and white powder paint-coated rim;
15 watts, cool day light.
d. Others.
1. Electrical control switches plates and convenience
outlet faces. Use NATIONAL Brand or approved equal.
2. Hardware. Typical wooden panel door. Use Doorknob
SCHLAGE Brand.

2. KITCHEN
a. Kitchen Tiles. Ceramic tiles, 6mm thk. X 300mm X 300mm,
MARIWASA Brand, Malaysian made or approved equivalent. Color
to verify with the owner.
b. Kitchen Fixtures and Fittings.
1. Lavatory. Use Galvanized steel.
c. Electrical control switch plates and convenience outlet
faces. Use NATIONAL Brand or approved equal.
1. Hardware. SCHLAGE Brand.

3. TOILET
a. d. Floor. Vitrified ceramic floor tiles, MARIWASA Brand,
200mm X 200mm.
b. Walls. Glazed ceramic wall tiles, MARIWASA Brand, 200mm X
300mm.
c. Door. PVC Door with louver; provide SCHLAGE Brand lockset;
d. Lighting. Pinlight 11-watts
e. Fixtures and Fittings.
1. Water closet. HCG Brand.

EXTERIOR FINISHES
General: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT MATERIAL AND FINISH SAMPLES FOR
ARCHITECT’S APPROVAL PRIOR TO FINAL INSTALLATION AND/OR APPLICATION.
1. FAÇADE.
a. Wall. Plain cement painted finish with 100mm belt at 1.20m
height from FFL and top of Roof beam.
2. MAIN ENTRANCE DOORS. 50mm thk. X 900mm X 2100mm panel door.
Use patch fittings and provide door handle and standard
hardware and locksets.
a. Door Casing. Kiln Dry wood.

3. ROOF. Corrugated Galvanized Iron Sheet, Ga. 24. GI flashing

must be 0.30m from 1.0m concrete firewall.

4. LIGHTING. Recessed mounted pinlights, PHILIPS Brand

5. WINDOWS. Aluminum casing sliding window with 3mm thick bronze

glass;
