SPECIFICATIONS
3. Fastener and anchor bolts. Provide fastener, anchors and bolts as necessary for the
installation of the work shown.
4. Bolts, nuts and washers shall be local standard commercial grade of sizes indicated.
5. Workmanship. Metal; surfaces shall be clean and free from sill scale, rush, well
formed and finished to shape and size with sharp line and angles and smooth.

3. Door butt hinges shall be wrought steel, button tip ball mortise for heavy duty
application and shall have, five knuckles and with loose pin. Butt hinges shall

cannot be removed when the doors are closed. Hinges furnished shall be
complete with standard sets of wood screws for proper application. Provide four

screwed on the inside face of the door sash, 1.20 above the finish floor line.
7. Keying System. All door locks shall be keyed individually and three keys shall be
provided for each lock.

1. All roughing-in shall be cast iron soil pipe or PVC and should have a minimum
slope of “1” per foot length.
2. All water lines shall be of local G.I. pipes or PVC at schedule 40.

SECTION IV: ELECTRICAL:
THE FOLLOWING PIPES SHALL BE USE TO ALL ELECTRICAL CONDUITS.
MOLDEX UPVC ORANGE PIPE – shall be use to all electrical and communication conduit system
and other similar use in electrical works.
1. The latest edition of the National Electrical code of the Philippines shall be
applied.
3. Conduit boxes shall get flush with the surface of the walls. All fixtures shall be of
approved quality and properly installed. Conduit, junction, pull boxes shall be
fitted with proper box covers.
4. No conductor shall be less than no. 14 AWG Use no.14 AWG for lighting circuit
run, no. 12 AWG FOR wall outlets circuits run.
1. Paris Green Solution. Apply one (1) coat solution of 0.113 kg. By parts green
powder mixed with 4.54 liters diesel, oil wood members with minor

1. SURFACE PREPARATION:

2. MIXING:
Into a plastic pail containing clean tap water, pour a sufficient quantity of ABC
TILE
ADHESIVE that may be used within the pot of 3-4 hours. A 25-kilo bag of ABC
TILE
ADHESIVE NEEDS approximately 8 liters of water. CAUTION: use only plastic or
Galvanized iron sheet as mixing base. Stir with device to by hand. Wait 15 minutes,
Then, mix again briefly. The tile adhesive is now ready for use. This mix will be
usable
within 3-4 hours.
3. APPLICATION:
1. Wet the substrate lightly before applying the tile adhesive especially during
hot or windy conditions
2. Spread the adhesive mortar over one (1) square area at a time and comb with
special notched trowel (available from ABC or its dealer). Fix the tiles
immediately within the adhesives open time of 15 minutes.
3. Adjust and align accordingly. Carry out random checks every 5 square meters
to determine whether the backs of tiles are fully covered with adhesive. Also
check if the adhesive mortar still adheres to your fingers. If not, remove the
adhesive layer and throw away. Do not mix with a newly prepared batch of
tile adhesive mortar.

2. General. The work shall not be started until the rough-in for plumbing and
electrical work has been completed and tested. The work of all other trades in
the area where tile work is to be done shall be protected from damage in a
skillfully manner as directed.
