compliment for our main activity because it is creative. She suggests that the last
group will be the observer during the activity to avoid to much noise.

III. Activity proper:

The student counselors started with a big smile to greet their pupils, you can see
to the pupils that they were very excited and anxious. The student counselors
begins the activity with a warm up the “dionesia clap” to lessen the anxiety of the
pupils because it was observed that the homeroom adviser gives their
examination paper. As the activity starts the pupils turned to be alert and active for
the instructions. During the facilitation the pupils were very smart and very careful
when they answer. Every correct answer of the pupils ,the facilitator is generous
in giving compliments. It was observed that the pupils enjoy the activity and they
were really say thank you because they had fun.
During the processing of the activity it was observed that one of the pupils is
remain standing at the back. Then the facilitator will immediately asked the pupil
if he enjoy the activity and politely command the pupil to sit and listen what are the
insights of his classmates.
The student counselor’s was amazed when the pupils starts to share their insights
Because when they think they liked to be a highschool student’s, the pupils
shared that don’t give up, try and try until you succeed, focus on one thing at a
time and be responsible. The student counselor respond to these by saying very
good, keep in that mind, just do your best and god will do the rest.

IV. EVALUATION/RECOMMENDATIONS
Some of the objectives were able to achieve but some are not because of time
limit. The student counselor’s assured that the pupils learned something because
they were very cooperative when the student counselor asked questions. They
gave some of their effective study habits like they give time to study and no
gadgets when they were reviewing.
The effective study habits will help the pupils for their future studies. If they have a
good ones then they can continue to improve their performance in school, but if
they have bad habits then the pupils will surely be hard up.
The student counselor presented the activity with a conviction that she really
knews the activity, giving clear instructions, raise there hands if there are
clariffications that’s the reason why the pupils turned to be alert and attentive.
The homeroom adviser commented how the counselor gives compliment to the
pupils, she said that when giving compliments you have to make an eye contact so
that they will feel that it is sincere.

V. PERSONAL LEARNING EXPERIENCES:

In general, the student counselor learned that patience is really needed with these
age groups because of being hyperactive and noisy is a natural to them.
sensitivity is a key to meet a childs needs and abilities. Finally, being open-
minded can help the student counselor more understands a child’s culture., I can
become an efficient and trustworthy student counselor.
