With our organizations accreditation to Quezon City Police Station Batasan headed by Station
Commander PLTCOL ROMULUS RAMIREZ GADAONI, and in pursuant to INTENSIFICATION OF
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES RE: COVID 19, the H-IPC of AOWDMPI officers and members has
already reporting as VOLUNTEER FRONTLINER for San Mateo-Batasan, Payatas-Violago, Bautista-
Batasan and Civil Service Commission Checkpoint since March 19, 2020 up to date to augment the
need for reinforcement.

In connection to this, we the H-IPC of AOWDMPI is requesting for your office to let some of our
officers and members headed by MR. JOSEPH TAN, H-IPC of AOWDMPI Antipolo Commander to
report at Robinson-Siete Medya Checkpoint as VOLUNTEER FRONTLINER.
