To digitize and mobilize a proactive incident management program, the company deployed
Gensuite’s Concern Reporting software application. Concern Reporting enables employees and
contractors to quickly report concerns and Near Misses for effective concern investigation and
corrective action assignment. The company also leveraged the Gensuite Mobile app to
incorporate QR code-enabled concern reports, simplifying the entire process. With Concern
Reporting, users can:
Engage all employees in the reporting of concerns through easy-to-use open-access forms
Notify responsible leadership for concern follow-up
Assign key issues for additional investigation and ensure all concerns have been addressed
