This is the continuation of our meeting last Wednesday, July 17,

2019 at Coffee Bean, SM Clark, Pampanga: 

After relaying and explaining Krizmar’s proposals to client’s mother

Noellie Dizon Garing this morning, here are her terms/ conditions:

1. ON MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT. Noellie, Nathan Ezequiel

Garing’s mother, is insisting on Twenty-five Thousand Pesos
(P25,000.00) a month for maintenance and support of their son. 

2. ON SETTLEMENT OF ARREARS. The arrears of Krizmar started

last April 2018 to date (July 2019) which is a total of 15 months at
Twenty-five Thousand Pesos (P 25,000.00) a month. The total
amount is Three Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Pesos (P375,
000.00). She wants a ONE-TIME payment for these arrears. 
BANK ACCOUNT name and ACCOUNT number will be
FORWARDED first thing MONDAY. 
3. ON VISITATION RIGHT. Krizmar’s visitation right is ONLY
Saturday every week or four (4) Saturdays in a month. Krizmar can
fetch Nathan at 8:00 am and must return him by 5:00 pm on the
same day. The child must be returned at 5:00 p.m. on or before the
specified time. If Krizmar fails to fetch Nathan on Saturday, he
cannot reset his visitation right on Sunday. SUNDAY visitation is
NOT allowed because the next day is a SCHOOL DAY for my client
Nathan.
4. ON ANNULMENT: Noellie is willing to start the annulment process
anytime, provided that Mr. Krizmar will shoulder ALL the expenses.
I will process the paper as soon as Krizmar’s agrees with Noellie’s
term/condition.
