Approval for access will be subject to applicable Firm policy.
Use of the air conditioner will be made available after regular hours, on weekends and during holidays provided that there are a 
minimum of twenty (25) employees in an area. We encourage employees to cluster in one area where the light and air‐
conditioning will be turned on to conserve electricity especially on weekends and holidays.
