IV.CONCLUSION
Therefore I conclude that the end this story there will be a great lesson we can learn about
this character that has 23 personalities and I conclude that the beast will dominate among all
those personalities.

V.REFLECTION
As what I observed about the movie ,the movie is great to watch and it so amazing how the
actor manage to execute those twenty three (23) personalities in one body alone, and aside
from that my eyes are open about the possibilities that those people who are suffering with
this kind of disorder might be a threat to anyone who is not capable of dealing them. And the
movie shows that there are some people who can’t really understand about this kind of
disorder just like the two girls who are confuse during the transformation of kevin to another
personalities, some people will say this are just fiction ,but this kind of disorder is not a
fiction for it is real ,so as a member of society I could help by informing the others that this
kind of disorder is just a simple disorder, it needs to be cured and those people who has this
kind of disorder they really need a treatment and also they need respect as human being and
be love for love is the greatest gift of all that we can offer to those people out there battling to
surpass their problem about schizophrenia.

I.BACKGROUND

WHAT: Manila hostage Crisis

WHEN: August 23, 2010.
WHO: PSINSP Rolando Mendoza
WHERE: Quirino Grandstand, Rizal Park, Manila, Philippines
WHY: Mendoza claimed that he had been unfairly dismissed from his job, and demanded a
fair hearing to defend himself.
HOW: more than two years ago as he allegedly became involved in a
controversial “hulidap" operation in April 2008. “Hulidap" is a Filipino slang word coined
from “huli" (arrest) and “holdup." “Hulidap policemen" conduct illegal arrests of innocent
civilians with the aim of extorting money from them. It is not certain when Mendoza
allegedly started engaging in hulidap. However, his alleged hulidap activity on April 9, 2008
has been well-exposed in the cyber world.

III.INTERVENTION

The manila hostage crisis led by former police officer Rolando Mendoza which so
happen that he argue about his rights because he is accused and discharged by his duty that
led him to hostage the tourist bus and perform a brutal execution after he saw on TV that his
younger brother was arrested by police and dragged down like an pig. The action of PNP
during the crisis is very poor when it comes to performance and on how they deal the
negotiation between the perpetrator is absolutely failure because clearly they don’t have a
proper plan to override the situation then on the side of the media they disobeyed the
guidance of law enforcer that led to trouble to triggered the perpetrator to kill the hostages.

IV.CONCLUSION

I conclude that the end of this crisis the perpetrator would die because according to the
video his ground is already surrounded by PNP squad and ready to fire just to save the
hostages and I conclude that he could not meet his demand because clearly the PNP would
not give it anyway and I think that this crisis would affect the image of PNP and also to the
media.

V.REFLECTION

My reflection according to this situation is very sad because in the near future I would
enter in the organization of PNP and become a future leader to this country and for me I
could not do such thing like killing people just to meet the justice what I wanted I know it is
hard to accept that when you know the law and yet you disobeyed so now there is no
exception for the action that you did, for Rolando Mendoza I feel bad for him for his action
but I believe that what happened is about of his intention to be free and be back to his duty
but unfortunately now that he is dead his mission is failed.
