CH12-Application Exercise

There are some ways to promote educational institutions and other organizations therefore, I

would be recommending some of the ways to promote our university. First of all, we must say

goodbye to the traditional and conventional marketing campaigns and we should welcome the

marketing automation where we can estimate all results very precisely and quickly so that we

can take a corrective actions. For example we can track digital interactions and landing on the

pages offer website. Moreover, the university must have to optimize its email program with

artificial intelligence because most students want to hear from the university by email. And most

importantly the artificial intelligence enhances the engagement of students up to 30% as

compared to the traditional emailing. Apart from this the other step of effective promotional

marketing is that the university must build digital friendly brand. For example university must

conduct all of its applications and testing system online so that the maximum number of

applications can be received and evaluated. When there is online application then it is most likely

that students apply for admission.

Moreover, university must start its live streaming on Facebook, Instagram, Snapshat and other

social media platforms in order to interact on video link with its students where it can answer to

the questions and queries. The communication is a vital part of any strategy and it contributes to

the success of promotional strategy of too much extent therefore the personalized communication

should be used. By using personalized communication university can accelerate its effectiveness
and reach out to the maximum number of students. Moreover, it must use social media and take

maximum benefit of it by showcasing its programs and success stories of its alumni and existing

students.
