Questions to address:

Given the content of this course what do you view as your strengths that you will bring to your team?

The two major strengths are “Committed, and Strong-Willed,” that are in abundance in my behavior and I can
bring it to my team to enhance the productivity and motivation. Commitment to the goals and having strong will
is very important in achieving difficult tasks accomplished. I do strongly believe that these two traits can be
proven very positive in teamwork.

What do you view as your opportunities that you will need help with in working with your team?

I am being less optimistic in nature. I think this trait is very negative for my success and for the team as a
whole. If I look it as opportunity then I can change it to the golden chance and be confident about my future on
the behalf of what decisions I make today. So, optimism is a very good gesture for a team leader.

I am very passionate about the classes that I teach and I expect a lot out of students. In order to manage
my expectations of you I would like to truly know: In 2 to 3 sentences please describe how motivated you
are to learn the material presented in this class.
My motivational level for learning in this class is very high but unfortunately, nowadays I am not feeling
satisfied with the online learning because it cannot be the substitute of what we learn in the class. Anyhow, I
still have my morale high to learn more because it is my passion to learn new things daily.
Did you have any traits that consistently came up in your responses that surprised you? Please elaborate.
The trait that surprises me in the response is “sleepy.” Although, I do not sleep that much especially when I
have something to do. For example, if I have some assignment due or any other task then I do not prefer sleep
over work. However, the trait surprises me because it seems “wrong” to me.
