Pakistan reported 2,521 new cases of COVID-19 on 10 32,000
July 2020. The total number of cases notified since the 28,000
beginning of the outbreak is 248,872 with 5,197 deaths 24,000

(CFR: 2.08%). Out of the total 86,975 currently active 20,000

(48.99%) are in critical condition. 82,823 COVID-19 8,000

Meeting & Coordination

World Health Organization Pakistan in collaboration with the


Provincial Health Department, Balochistan conducted
training of healthcare workers on case management of
COVID-19. The training was conducted at district Khuzdar on
Saturday 10 July 2020. More then Twenty clinicians from five
districts (Khuzdar, Surab, Kalat, Awaran and Labella) attended
the training. The training covered the following topics;
management of mild, moderate and severe cases, ICU care
and oxygen therapy.
