pain. In general, it can be done by breastfeeding the baby as often as possible about 8-12
times a day, can also be done by giving a light massage to the breast of the mother gently to
help the milk come out faster, can also compress the breast before breastfeeding using warm
water and compress the breast after breastfeeding using cold water, later can I help you
ma'am, after this I will also give medicine to unsettle the pain in the breast of the mother, you

The next day

Midwife: "Hello, good morning, mother. Today you can go home, ma'am, but before you go
home, your baby must first be immunized, ma'am, which is immunization for newborns
Hepatitis B-1, polio 0, and BCG, ma'am. The benefits of each of these immunizations are
hepatiti B immunization which will be given 3 times, namely when a new baby is born, when
the baby is 1-2 months old, and when the baby is 6-18 months old, this hepatitis
immunization aims to provide a system immune and protect babies from the hepatitis B virus
which can cause chronic liver infections, including liver cancer and cirrhosis of the liver.
While the side effects obtained when doing this immunization is a reaction such as mild fever
and swelling around the injection area. Furthermore, there is polio immunization that
prevents babies from avoiding infectious polio. The stages of polio immunization are carried
out on newborns, when the baby is 2 months old, when the baby is 4 months old, when the
baby is 6 months old, and lastly when the baby is 18-24 months but this immunization can be
repeated when the baby is 5- 6 years, one of the benefits of polio immunization is to provide
the immune system against polio which can cause paralysis and disability. Furthermore, there
is BCG immunization, BCG immunization is useful for preventing tuberculosis. BCG
immunization is given to babies before 3 months of age with a dose of 1 time for life. The
benefits of BCG immunization are to get the immune system and provide protection against
tuberculosis or tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is a type of infectious disease so babies are
susceptible to the disease because babies do not have a strong immune system. As for the side
effects after BCG immunization, there are reactions such as mild fever and pain in the
injection site. However, this reaction only lasts for 1 or 2 days and will heal itself.
