AI Talent , does this means that my child will
learn Artificial Intelligence (AI) and all the high-tech things?
A: AI will have a big impact on our lives in the near future, especially
for our children. The future of work won't be about college degree
anymore, it will be about job skills and essential skills that cannot
be replaced by AI, which is also the main focus in our programme,
to ensure our children are well-equipped with the essential skills
needed in the future.

Q: What will my child learn in this programme?

A: In short this is a Job Experiencing programme. Every 3
months, children will have the opportunity to carry out a real-life
project from our corporate partner. This is to help children gain a
clearer understanding on different industries, including the
specific skills and knowledge needed in that particular field.

Q: How can this programme helps my child?

A: (i) Every 3 months, children get to experience different real-life
project from different industries, this will help them to slowly
discover their talents throughout the learning process, and
identify their future career interest, which allow them to do
their future career plan now, and have a clearer direction and
motivation in learning, at the same time it also helps to reduce
the possibility of choosing the wrong course/ wasting time and
money in the future.

(ii) This programme will be conducted in a group of 5 people.

Children will learn how to get along with others, improve their
learn-ability, communication skill, teamwork, problem solving
skill, creativity, planning and executive ability, self
confidence, public speaking, etc.

ADD VALUE TO YOUR CHILD'S FUTURE

After every project, children will received a certificate from our corporate
partner. Other than a college/university degree, our students will have more
recognized certificates to prove their skills and experiences in different
industries, which helps them to stand out in the future.

In addition, they will have the chance to learn and compete with more than 500
students from different states, those winning teams will receive internship/
scholarship/ ambassadorship, etc. from our corporate partners.

PERSONAL GUIDANCE FROM EXPERTS

Other than getting to experience the real-life projects from different industries,
children will get the personal guidance from the experts in different fields. These
experts will provide constructive feedback to children based on their team
productions, guiding them step by step how to improve their productions, coaching
children to transform their talents into something valuable in the society/ future
workplace.

LATEST TEACHING METHODS IN THE AI ERA

We have adopted technology and social media in teaching, making our programme
more accessible especially for students who couldn't make it to class due to certain
reason. They still get to interact, communicate and learn together with their
teammate using our online learning platform.

Production - Review - production (P-R-R)

Our coaches will encourage children to do it first even though they are uncertain
how to do the project, then only they learn and improve after getting review from
the experts.

MULTIPLE EXPERIENCES IN ONE PROGRAMME

Our children get to experience various real-life projects. By exposing them to
various real-life projects from different industries every 3 months, children get to
have clearer understanding on different industries. This programme is suitable for
children without any basic knowledge/ background in the industries.
