 Excess payment refundable shall be in favor of the Financial Sponsor as stated in the Application Form. Application, Admission and Resource Fees paid are not refundable. Only course and resource fees are
refundable for students who withdraw from a course before the scheduled commencement date.
 Resource Fee is payable by semester and comprises fees for Learning Resource Centre, online learning resources, computer usage, extra-curricular activities and other facilities and resources.
 The fees apply to new students registering for the Year 2020 academic sessions at the study level when they commence the course. Fees are subject to change when they progress to the next study level.
 Fees are applicable in accordance to the student’s regular study progression within the tenure of study; if the student’s course progression exceeds the tenure stipulated in the fee schedule, new fee rates may
apply.
 HELP Academy reserves the right to review and revise its fees without prior notice.
