Rice bowl are always easy to make with ingredients that are usually in the kitchen. There are many ways to make a rice
bowl, this is my way of making it, this recipe can be eaten plain with no spice to make it really spicy, all depends on the
taste. It is also a good food for on the go. Instructions can be difficult and hard to understand at times but improving
with your help is also important. Send in your feedback and your answers to help us develop our instructions better.
1. What was the easiest and the most difficult part of the instructions?

Ingredients
1 can of black beans Cilantro
1 onion Salsa
1 tomato Queso (optional)
1 cucumber Lemon juice
½ cup of frozen chopped corn Salt
1 avocado Black Pepper
White or brown rice
Instructions
1. Cook white rice in the instant pot
a. Add rinse white rice
b. Add water
c. Add Salt
d. Lock the lid and set it to steam to seal
e. Let it cook for 20 minutes
f. Allow the pressure to release for 10 minutes, then release the remaining pressure
2. Open the canned beans and mix it with a bit of chili pepper and salt (according to your taste)
3. Chop onion, tomato, cucumber to little pieces
4. In a bowl: (Pico)
a. add the chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and cilantro
b. mix all of the three together

c. add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
5. Crush the avocado in another bowl
a. Add lemon juice
b. Add salt
c. Add black pepper
d. Mix it all together
6. NOW, IT’S TIME TO MAKE MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER
7. Add 2 scoops of cooked rice
8. Add 1 scoop of black beans
9. Add Pico
10. Add avocado mix
11. Add 2 tablespoons of salsa
12. OPTIONAL: add 1 tablespoon of queso
13. OPTIONAL: add tabasco sauce based on your taste
Notes
- Step 5 can also be used for avocado toast
