Revised Grade change policy and promotion for employees in Cash area
i. Officers who have served for a minimum period of 5 years in cash will be considered
for changing the grade.
ii. Employees who are under any disciplinary process or against whom any disciplinary
action has been taken by the Management as per Dhaka Bank Limited Employees Service Manual
relating year of 2015 and 2016 would not qualify for Grade Change.
iii. Minimum educational qualification would be bachelor degree.
Grade will be changed subject to result of written examination, appraisal rating and the decision of the
Promotion Steering Committee/ Interview Committee.
Employees in cash who achieve minimum marks as set by the management in Grade change examination/
promotion examination will be considered for promotion subject to fulfilling the following criteria:
