B.: OBSERVATIONS & DETAILS OF INSPECTION ACTIVITIES CARRIED (Including REMARKS if any):

04 nos. rollers were offered for inspection after rectification (ref. QETO/IR/SUD/104) and following are the observation:
1. Porosity on the working surface remains. No surface rectification carried out.
2. Bore machining of Sl. No.3 completed.
3. Pressure test carried out in all the four rollers at 7Kg/cm 2 pressure (with in-house test set-up which is not calibrated) and found satisfactory. The
welding marks at the rectification areas are to be dressed.

C: CONCLUSION:
Result of result of pressure test found satisfactory.
