2) Measurement of Winding Resistance on HV & LV Tap and found as per data sheet
3) 100% Transformer quantity selected for Dimensional, BOM Checks, Paint thickness and Paint shade verification done and
found and recorded on observation sheet.
4) Voltage Ratio & Vector Checks & Polarity checks found in order.
5) Measurement of % Impedance & Load loss at Principal tap found as per data sheet
6) Measurement of no load current and loss rated voltage & Frequency and measurement of magnetizing current.
7) Induced over Voltage test withstood.
8) Separate source withstand test
9) Insulation resistance before & after HV Test & PI Test found in order.
