Education Curriculum Disruptor

DeepThought EduTech Ventures Pvt. Ltd, the thought leader’s cradle, is scouting for young rebels
who can un-learn, re-learn and help in bringing out a research revolution, for the next generation of
thinkers, impact makers, and champions of change. The idea is to develop independent and original
thinking, by re-imagining middle-school Mathematics and English curriculum to groom thought
leaders and young disruptors out of school students. We look for young minds with strong analytical
thinking, spontaneity in brainstorming and interpersonal intelligence. We are a flat organization and

Desired Personality Traits


1. Learnability: Ability to unlearn and learn, especially fundamentals. Is the candidate happy to learn
something new or do new situations repel?
2. Perseverance: Endurance to sustain new and intensive thinking. Is the candidate intimidated by
the organization’s literature or does his/her resolve and commitment purpose enable endurance?
3. Self-Awareness: Knowing one’s purpose and seeking a meaningful career. Does the candidate
know what he/she wishes to do in life? Is the candidate interested in exploring or follow the herd?
4. Humility: Can we look at all students and all stakeholders as sentient beings with innate
potential? Can we respect the diversity of perspectives? Do we include everyone?
5. Temperament: The ability to withstand uncertainty and new situations involved while bringing
into existence a new idea with the potential to disrupt and advance humanity.

Roles and Responsibilities


You would undergo DeepThought training – philosophy thinking and high performance execution.
Good candidates will be a part of DeepThought Leadership initiative, which grooms young leaders.

1. Teach students the assigned subject as per DeepThought methodology.


2. Document the progress of the student and perform analytics as per DeepThought methodology.
3. Participate in Events/Conferences to learn and evolve as a teacher.
4. Conduct weekly assessments, monthly PTMs.

2hrs a day, flexible timings, WFH (work from home), 4hrs a day during training period (one month)
ESOPs (Employee stock-options) would be discussed with after a sixth month period.

We evaluate candidates basis a recruitment process for Structured Thinking/ Interpersonal


Intelligence/ Spontaneity. Candidates who face challenges are offered an initial additional training.

democratizing Research/Philosophy and put the power of thinking in the hands of everyone. We
closed an angel round of funding in 2020 and are looking to expand.

Recruitment Process
Level1- Thinking and Writing skills: Written assignment
Level-2- Communication, Passion: Voice note
Level-3 (optional only for leader roles): Additional Written assignments

We do NOT look at knowledge levels or communication skills of candidates. We assess their ability
to deal with these situations and thus their learnability and character/personality. We believe in
nudging raw talent into thought leaders. We hire candidates from top-notch institutions as well as
normal colleges with basic communication skills – united by passion, perseverance, and purpose.
