interview. She hit score of 40 which is very high. Because of her qualifications like
being 15 years of café manager she has good experience in Melbourne and abroad.
Her experience is her strength and we know she will be fit our qualifications.
So we decided to choice Leila as new café manager. Unlike Raj we compare his
interview guide Leila is much qualified he got only 36 on his score because Leila has
much experience as café manager and from competitors attitude for his work
experience he doesn’t stay in work for long as like with Leila. The management
decided to hire Leila as the New Café manager.
