Hi Usec.Robert, I’m in Zamboanga city now, following up with DPWH


my lot in Tumaga, zamboanga city that was used as road right of way
for the Bypass road project. T- 129-2014001821, 142 sqm and T-129-
16004322, 75 sqm. Under Lorraine E. Schuck and T-129-
2011001519, 391 sqm in the name of Ithala holdings.I hope you can
help me with the following,

1. Before they started the project, the representatives of Dpwh


zamboanga met with the land owners who will be affected by the
bypass road, it was agreed during the meeting that independent
appraisal report will be considered as the fair market value of which
will be considered as the basis for payment of the land. We have our
land appraised by a license independent appraiser which was
assessed to be at Ph, 3,900 per sqm. This appraisal report was
submitted To DPWH zamboanga. Per DPWH zamboanga I was just
informed that they will be paying me P1,800 per sqm. Only, which is
far too low from the appraised value of my property.

2. Presently no rip rap was made which is causing my land to erode.


This is causing damage to my existing concrete fence and my
