QUOTATION FOR LAND CLEARING AT KG ULU PERDIK, BATU 18 HULU LANGAT

SELANGOR.

Hope all is well.

We were invited by En. Akhmal, your representative whom invited us for a site
visit last evening.

During the site visit, En. Akhmal requested a quotation from us for land clearing
and construction waste management services. Please find below our proposed
quotation for your ease of references-

No SCOPE OF WORK COST (RM)

1. Land clearing and stacking. RM4,4000.00
^roughly 2 acres not inclusive of the slope
on the right side of the land.

2. Land clearing, stacking and terracing. RM4,400.00

right side of the land.

3. Demolition of one bungalow house located RM1,100.00

on the land.

4. Waste management of the construction RM4,000.00

waste of the bungalow house.
^Limited to 10 trip.
*6 feet tall x 12 feet long RORO bucket.

5. Loader transportation cost, for excavator RM1,000.00

(two way).
GRAND TOTAL RM14,900.00
Note:-

**Claims will be on completed works, per every heading on the quotation.

# Deposit of RM3,000.00 is required upon confirmation of works.

^^ Lead time of 4 days is required, upon confirmation of work. To prepare all

necessary machinery and equipment.
