Dear Sir,
During joint site visit of UPEIDA, IE & Concessionaire on 05-06-2023, It is being found/noted that over
an uncompacted bed of Emb.11th layer, approx., 1.0 to 1.2 m borrow earth dumped in one-go from
Km.383+700 to 383+850 (LHS+RHS). Hence, you are advised to remove all the excess soil dumping
over 11th layer & compact the 11th layer then proceed for next layer. This is for immediate action please.

Detailed Description of Non- Conformance: During joint site visit of UPEIDA, IE & Concessionaire on 05-06-
2023, It is being found/noted that over an uncompacted bed Emb.11th layer, approx., 1.0 to 1.2 m borrow earth dumped
in one-go from Km.383+700 to 383+850 (LHS+RHS). Hence, you are advised to remove all the excess soil dumping
over 11th layer & compact the 11th layer then proceed for next layer. This is for immediate action please.
