    Calculate USPS Flat Rate:

    1. Visit https://dbcalc.usps.com/.
    2. Select either Letter, Flat, or Parcel, then select Priority Mail (or Priority Express if
    we have the label for it). Click the red arrow.
    3. Select Commercial Base, Flat Rate. Price should be $6.55 per unit for Letters.
    4. Add all items to calculate the full cost to be charged to the Member’s Chit.
    5. Place Tracking Label (located in mail room) next to To/From Label
