    TO: ALL ENGLISH PROFICIENCY INSTRUCTOR

    FROM: EZEKIEL GUEVARRA, PRESIDENT

    SUBJECT: BEC POTENTIAL CLASS SUSPENSION DUE TO COVID-19 VIRUS

    The SPDS English Proficiency Program’s schedule is highly dependent with the school year schedule of
    Batangas Eastern Colleges (BEC). In times that BEC declare a class suspension, as a public health measure
    due to the spread of the CoVid-19 virus, our training schedule will also be suspended.

    No work, no pay policy shall apply.

    As we wait for their advisory, do all the preventive and protective measures against the said virus.
