CERTIFIED INSTALLER (CI)

The CI level is often an entry-level tier for the contractor who wishes to provide
customers with installations completed by industry recognized, trained
technicians and covered by the added assurance of a 15-year Extended Product
Warranty. Sponsorship by our local sales representative is required, along with
meeting the minimum program requirements. The CI level contractor will be
kept up-to-date on the latest Ortronics® product and program updates through
online resources and communications.

TRAINING
One project manager and 30% of technicians must successfully complete
ConCert eCertification training. Training valid for five years.

ORTRONICS REQUIRES CERTIFIED CONTRACTORS TO MAINTAIN YEARLY
