Pilot Project
Our Team
As one of America’s top pharmacies, Wilmont’s is already has already proven it is a
leader in top quality customer service. Now they are on the threshold of expanding
their extensive base of 244,000 customers in over 8,000 stores nationwide using

Lessons Learned
Lessons Learned
Communication is key:

 tools that you use. The right ones are the ones everyone will use

 understanding the terms (ex. time-frame, constraints), learning PMBOK speak

Keeping track of tasks:

 central document helps (who is doing what)

 clear timelines get results
