Wilmont’s Pharmacy Drone Project

Project Description  DroneTech  will  modify  the  drone’s  system  as  to  meet  Wilmont’s  Pharmacy 
requirements to deliver perception by flying drones 
Project  Purpose  The  purpose  of  the  project  is  to  get  a  prototype  of  modified  drone  by  DronTech
including  the  technology,  the  drone  piloting  and  delivery  systems  to  serve  the 
wilmont’s Pharmacy needs for drone delivery.  
Scope/boundaries  Develop  a  pilot  project  to  get  something  moving  and  see  how  it  will  work.  To 
customize  its  systems,  interfaces,  and  business  process  to  conform  to  project 
requirements  from  wilmont’s  interface  communications  about  delivers  for 
wilmint’s customer electronically through Email, online and through mobile alerts
as  the  customer  requests  wilmont’s  has  limited  the  project  budget  to  maximum
$1,750.000 for this prototype project and will implement it first in only four stores.

Requirements  Identify what modification needs to be done on the drone flight operation will be 
necessary  customize  its  systems,  interface,  and  business  process  to  conform  to 
project requirements from Wilmont’s 
Deliverables/Objective  Deliverable: Customize the Drone’s Prototype. 
Objective: Make a long‐term relationship with a large‐scale company like 
Success Criteria: Drone should reliably meet the requirements of the Client [ 
Wilmont’s Pharmacy]
