The purpose of the project is to be able to develop drones, provide

Customers living in apartment buildings can’t participate due to the
height limit of the drone.

Total cost for the development exceeds the budget.
Risk Unwillingness of the San Francisco community participation to the
trial project.
Technical issue on IT department.
Bad weather condition in San Francisco.

Authority Level : The Project Manager has full authority on of the scope schedule and some authority on budget
of the project. The Project Manager responsible for client interfaces, reporting and decision making.

Project Approval Requirements : All budgets and purchases must be approved by the Project Sponsor, Project
Manager, and Finance Manager. Drone modification and purchase material must be approved by Flight Operation
Manager.

Project Exit Criteria : Wilmont’s Pharmacy’s does not cooperate and contribute in accordance with the project
agreement.
