Project: Wilmont’s pharmacy drones

Revision No.:

Revision date:

Purpose: The purpose of the project is to provide a drone technology as well as a drone piloting and
delivery systems doing by DroneTech, for customer’s prescriptions of Wilmont’s pharmacy. This
project will be a prototype settled in San Francisco area.

Project Goals: The Project will design, develop and build drone technology to deliver prescriptions
and drugstore items, as well as drone piloting for delivering systems.

In the initial stage of the project is to check and analyze the viability to perform this new delivery
system to other Wilmont’s stores nationwide.

Project scope descriptions:

Flying drones: Design and implement 4 drones (one to each drug store) in San Francisco area, to
assist the deliveries for Wilmont’s customers. The drones must have the capacity to protect the
package against rain, wind and any other bad weather condition in the city. In addition, DroneTech
will adapt a temperature‐controlled product bagging system along with a bubble‐type cushioning
system for the customer delivery packaging in order to ensure that certain temperature‐sensitive
or breakable items are not affected by the delivery process.

The all four drones need to be painted in the Wilmont’s corporate colors and logo.

Drone delivering service: Manage orders entry and deliver the medicine trough flying drone remote
controlled. Ensure a timely product delivery and in the shortest possible time.

Customers in apartment buildings will not be permitted in the prototype due to delivery issues.

IT services: Customize mobile app and web site to engage the two companies (Wilmont and
DroneTech) so that Wilmont’s customers won’t see these as separated companies.

There will be significant restrictions on the approval of customers for this service, so there will need
to be a segment of the process to allow Wilmont’s management to approve the customer, send a
confirmation to the customer.

Interface Wilmont’s and DroneTech systems so that customers are not going directly to DroneTech’s
normal customer websites or mobile applications when ordering their prescriptions.

Interface communications about deliveries for Wilmont’s customers electronically through email,
online, and through mobile alerts as the customer requests.

Ensure that during developing of this project, the Wilmont’s security business information, the
customer’s privacy and the proprietary information doesn’t be compromised.
