Purpose: The aim of the project is to quickly and seamlessly implement the delivery of items
desired by customers who ordered from Wilmont Pharmacy. The tech drone being able to
implement a great project that fulfills Wilmont Pharmacy's desires will make the
company a pioneer in pharmaceutical field deliveries by drones.
Project Goals: The project between the companies Drone Tech and Wilmont's Pharmacy,
aims to deliver drugs and prescriptions made by drones. The pharmacy signed a contract
with Drone Tech so that the company is responsible for the entire structure related to the
delivery vehicle, as well as the IT interface that allows for integration between the
companies.
At first, the possibility of carrying out such a task will be checked and how to achieve the
main objective, which will be to take the desired products to the customers.
It is necessary that all areas review their tasks, in order to make the project a success, and
in case of changes, there must be communication.
The drone will be built in such a way that it is as light as possible and can carry a relevant
amount of weight, thus allowing a greater range of products that can be transported.
It is necessary to be resistant to various forms of weather, and to have good stability,
should the wind strength increase.
Prototype project and the budget is expected to remain below $750,000 and we have about
a year to complete the entire project, from conceptual design to testing phase.
Project Scope Description: The development of the drone will go through some elements of the
scope.
