1.0 Develop Wilmont's Pharmacy Drone Overall Project

1.1 Initiating Prepare the Statement of Work, Schedule, and other Baseline Documents

1.1.1 Develop Scope and Plan Communication with Project Stakeholders including status reports, discussions on scope, etc.
1.1.2 Engage Stakeholders Create project stakeholder Register and Engagement Matrix.
1.1.3 Create WBS Design the WBS that includes tasks and work packages.
1.1.4 Contract Project Sponsor review and sign Contract.

1.2 Planning Create Project Scope, Cost Estimate, and request Approvals

1.2.1 Project Team Determine the team who will work for the entire Project.
1.2.2 Cost Estimate / Project Plan Create Project Cost Estimate and the development and submission of the Project Plan.
1.2.3 Approvals Activities related to gaining approval of the budget internally and the design with the Project Sponsor.

1.3 Construction Initiate Software Development

1.3.1 Kick Off Meeting Perform Kick off meeting to communicate the plan.
1.3.2 Validate User Requirements Define detailed solutions for the user requirements.
1.3.3 Programming System design Establish programming specifications for the system including Wilmont's requirements.
1.3.4 Programming Interface design Establish programming specifications for the interface including Wilmont's requirements.
1.3.5 Project Status Report Conduct project status report.
1.3.6 Interface Flight Operations Initiate programming for Flight Operations Interface.
1.3.7 Interface Online Order Entry Initiate programming for Online Orders Interface.
1.3.8 Interface Communications Initiate programming for Communications Interface between DroneTech and Wilmont's Pharmacy.
1.3.9 Information Security Create protocol to ensure security information.
1.3.10 Hardware/Software Integration Integrate software with the (4) drones assigned to the project.
1.4 Testing

1.4.1 Software Testing Create and develop a Testing protocol for the software.
1.4.2 Order Entry Log Develop and conduct Order Entry log test.
1.4.3 Delivery Confirmation Log. Develop and conduct Delivery Confirmation log test.
1.4.4 System Integration Log Develop and conduct System Integration log test.
1.4.5 Project Status Report Conduct project status report.

1.5 User Training

1.5.1 Verify User requirements Verify that the user requirements are fulfill.
1.5.2 Establish end user communication Establish end user communication is accomplished.
1.5.3 User Manual Create and share user manual.
1.5.4 Final User Training Conduct final user training.
1.5.5 Project Status Report Conduct project status report.
1.5.6 Initiate First Flight Perform and escort the first flight.

1.6 Close Out

1.6.1 Key Stakeholder Meeting Perform a Key Stakeholders meeting to communicate the final phase of the project.
1.6.2 Project Close Out Report Conduct project close out report and perform risk assessment.
1.6.3 Creation of Close Out Documents Document Lessons Learned, Changes, etc.
1.6.4 Archive Files Archive all the project files in accordance of the company.
