2 Planning
2.1 System design
2.1.1 IT Delivery system Custormizing IT management system from ordering entry, delivery, app etc and interface scope with
Wilmont's existing operation system
2.1.2 IT Security System Develop security IT system to ensure Wilmont's business information, customer's privacy and the
proprietary information
2.1.3 Frying Drone System Physical and functioning design such as packages clamping and protection system (include temporature
sensor), flying limit etc
2.1.4 Meeting Client and vendors coordination meeting

2.2 Cost and Work Schedule Estimation


2.2.1 Cost estimation Cost estimation including labours, materials (BQ), equipments, external and internal cost
2.2.2 Work Program/ schedule Development of master work program or schedule
2.2.3 Approval Activities related to gaining approval of the budget internally (peer reviewer) and client.

3 Execution, Monitoring and Project Control


3.1 Procurement All equipment, hardware and software for the drone delivery system
3.2 Authorities Approval All related local authorities or government agency approval prior to test flight
3.3 Asembling All equipment, hardware and software to be installed, drone to be painted with Wilmont's logo, enchance
delivery packages system
3.4 Meetings Weekly meeting, progress meeting etc. to monitor progress, milestone, budget etc

4 Testing and commisioning


4.1 IT delivery system testing Testing of IT management system (ordering entry, delivery, app etc) to meet project scope
4.2 IT Security system testing Testing of IT security system to meet project scope
4.3 Flying Drone delivery testing Testing of flying drone from Wilmon's pharmacy to customer address with safe of packages delivery
according to project scope

5 Closing
5.1 Training Drone Tech to train and knowledge transfer to Wilmont's operation team
5.2 Reconcile Acounts and Finalize Reconciling final accounts, reporting on final costs and closing out purchase orders. Preparing a final report
Payments and account for profit/loss.
