1 Develop Drone Prototype Overall Project

1.1 Initiating
1.1.1 Develop Scope and Plan Define the scope, purpose and goals the project. Prepare the statement of work. Do a project cost
estimation, schedule and other basic documents such as project charter.
1.1.2 Develop a project Charter Develop a project charter and submit it to the stakeholders and get it approved.
1.1.3 Engage Stakeholder Building relationship, Consulting, negotiation (Communication with project stakeholders including
distribution of project charter, status reports and scope discussions.)
1.1.4 Project Sponsor Reviews Project Contract George Cranston) VP OF Wilmont's Pharmacy and the Stakeholders has to review the contract document.

1.1.5 Signatures on project Contract Project Manager of DroneTech and Stakeholders (Wilmont's Pharmacy and DroneTech) sign the official
project charter as a contract to start the project.

1.2 Planning
1.2.1 Drone Design Dronetech will design 4 prototypes including materials, specification, drawings relate to constructions of
drone for Wilmont's for Delivering Process.
1.2.2 Project Scope Plan A project Scope Management Plan will be produced by Project Manager listing the scopes, Deliverables
and constraints of Project.
1.2.3 Risk Management Plan A risk management plan will be made to encounter any possible risks during the project.
1.2.3 Create a Project Organization Chart A project organizational Chart will be developed listing all the Levels of Authorities and Reporting structure
Of Project.
1.2.3 Create a Work Breakdown Structure A Work Breakdown Structure for Project will be created for better understanding of communication
command And Deliverables of Project.
1.2.4 Cost estimation A cost estimation of overall project will be given by Project Manager to Dronetech founder. This cost will
include the cost for manufacturing and management process.
1.2.5 Project Kickoff Meeting A project kickoff Meeting will be called which will include all the stakeholders of Project and a consensus
will be Created among them regarding the project deliverables and they will be informed about project.

1.2.3 Project Plan Approval Submitted a complete project plan for approval.
1.3 Execution
1.3.1 Project Kickoff Meeting Introduce the team, understand the project background, understand what success looks like, understand
what needs to be done, and agree on how to work together effectively.
1.3.2 Verify & Validate User Requirements Dronetech will manufacture the Drones of approved design and specifications as mentioned in project
Scope Plan.
1.3.3 Interface Online Order Entry Development of Mobile Application, Dronetech will develop a mobile application as a booking system for
Drugs Delivery process.
1.3.4 Interface Communications about deliveries for Wilmont’s customers electronically through email online, and through mobile alerts
as the customer requests.
1.3.5 Information Security Management Ensure the privacy and security of Wilmont pharmacy, Dronetech will collaborate with IT department of
Wilmont.
1.3.6 Interface with Dronetech Flight operation Organize the Wilmont’s resources in order to interface with Dronetech flight operations and other
management systems that control and manage the drone delivery system.
1.3.7 Drones Allocation DroneTech will need to allocate a total of 4 new drones for this prototype project.
1.3.8 Drone Maintenance/Repair Parts Budget will be allocated for maintained of Drones and construction of new parts.
1.3.9 First Delivery through Drones Delivery through drones will start from November 30.

1.4 Management and Control


1.4.1 Weekly Project Status Meetings There will be regular meetings with the Team, Stakeholders, and Cross‐impacted areas of the company.

1.4.2 Testing Testing of Drone Delivery system will take place to check that drones are working satisfactory will all the
required features
1.4.3 Quality control and User Training Users will be trained to pilot the drone and quality assessment of Drones will take place.
1.4.4 Monitoring the Changes Changes in Drone Manufacturing and add on features of drones will be monitored to keep them within
Project cost Plan

1.5 Closeout
1.5.1 Audit Procurement Performance of the project personals and delivery systems will be audited by external organizations or
Stakeholders.
1.5.2 Document Lessons Learned A closeout report on project success and Phase will be made at the end of project
1.5.4 Gain Formal Acceptance Formally acknowledge that all deliverables produced during Project Execution and Control have been
completed, tested, accepted, and approved by the project’s Beneficiaries and the Project Sponsor, and
that the product or service the project developed was successfully transitioned from the Project Team to
the Performing Organization
1.5.5 Archive Files/Documents All the files will be documented and archived into company storage for future reference.
