authorised by the PM and key stakeholders. Hold negotiations
and deliver a contract
Bring in past documents of both the organisations and make
them readily available for the relevant aspects of the current
project

Setup suitable channels for communicating with the stakeholders
and the project team. Define and finalise communication
platforms, authorised email ids and scheduled meetings
Purchase materials, acquire hardware and software for the
planned modifications to the drones
Interface communications about deliveries for
Wilmont’s customers electronically through email, online, and
through mobile alerts as the customer requests
Interface DroneTech's existing online order entry system with
Wilmont's to direct customers towards Wilmont's systems.
Wilmont's has the authority to approve customer requests.
Modify the existing flight controls and operation systems of
DroneTech to take into account the delivery system and route for
Wilmont's Pharmacies.
DroneTech is responsible for flight operations but an
interface needs to be developed to include the business
operations of Wilmont's
Modify drones to take into account the delivery requirements of
Wilmont’s. Provision for delivery of sensitive items, paintjobs and
logo marking Incorporate changes to the drones to take into
account temperature-controlled packaging and bubble cushion
packaging
Perform test on packaging system to handle sensitive drugs and
breakable items within the test environment. Verify tests with
Wilmont’s
Perform test runs for carry and delivery of packages for the
modified drones along different paths and
