1 Develop the Prototype Drones Overall Project
1.1 Initiating
1.1.1 Develop Project Scopeand Plan Define the scope of project. Plan the Purpose and goals of Project.

1.1.2 Develop a project Charter Develop a project charter and submit it to the stakeholders and get it

1.1.3.1 Signatures on project Contract Project Manager (ME) and Stakeholders sign the official project charter
as a contract to start the project legally
1.2 Planning
1.2.1 Drone Design Dronetech will design 4 prototypes with Wilmont's logo on it for Delivering
Process.
1.2.2 Project Scope Plan A Project Scope Management Plan will be produced by Project Manager
listing the scopes, Deliverables and constraints of Project
1.2.3 Risk Management Plan A risk management plan will be made to encounter an
possible risks during the project.
1.2.4 Cost estimates A cost estimation of overall project will be given by Project
Manager to Dronetech founder. This cost will include the cost
for manufacturing and management process.
1.2.5 Create a Project Organization Chart A project organizational Chart will be developed listing all
the Levels of Authorities and Reporting structure Of
Project.
1.2.6 Create a Work Breakdown Structure A Work Breakdown Structure for Project will be created
for better understanding of communication command
And Deliverables of Project.
1.2.7 Project Kickoff Meeting A project kickoff Meeting will be called which will include
all the stakeholders of Project and a consensus will be
Created among themregarding the project deliverables
and they will be informed about project.
1.3 Execution
1.3.1 Drones Manufacturing Dronetech will manufacture the Drones of approved design
and specifications as mentioned in project Scope Plan.
1.3.2 Piloting and delivering Dronetech will handle piloting the drones and delivery of the
products.
1.3.3 Development of Mobile Application Dronetech will develop a mobile application as a booking
system for Drugs Delivery process.
1.3.4 interface with Dronetech Flight operation Organize the Wilmont’s resources in order to
interface with Dronetech flight operations and other
management systems that control and manage the drone
delivery system.
1.3.5 Interface communications Interface communications about deliveries for Wilmont’s
customers electronically through email online, and through\
mobile alerts as the customer requests.
1.3.6 Information Security Management Ensure the privacy and security of Wilmont pharmacy,
Dronetech will collaborate with IT department of Wilmont
1.3.7 Drones Allocation DroneTech will need to allocate a total of 4 new drones
for this prototype project.
1.3.8 Drone Maintenance/Repair Parts Budget will be allocated for maintained of Drones and
construction of new parts
1.3.9 First Delivery through Drones Delivery through drones will start from November 30
1.4 Management and Control
1.4.1 Regular meetings There will be regular meetings with the Team,
Stakeholders, and Cross‐impacted areas of the company.
1.4.2 Testing Testing of Drone Delivery system will take place to check

1.4.3 Quality control and User Training Users will be trained to pilot the drone and
quality assessment of Drones will take place.
1.4.4 Monitoring the Changes Changes in Drone Manufacturing and add on features of
drones will be monitored to keep them

1.5 Closeout
1.5.1 Audit Performance Performance of the project personals
and delivery systems will be audited
by external organizations or
Stakeholders.
1.5.2 Close out report A closeout report on project success
and Phase will be made at the
end of project
1.5.3 Documenting the files All the files will be documented
and archived into company storage
for future reference.
