1 Drone delivery system for Pharma product Overall project to deliver complete integrated system.

1.1 Initial planning with Wilmont The project management, communication need to be done with Wilmont
on regular bases.
1.1.1 Requirement meetings & Sign of deal Need to meet with Stockholder to capture all the requirement and
clarification.
1.1.2 Project Chatter Statement approval Provide the project chatter plan to stockholder and take a required
approval.
1.1.3 Risk management plan & Mitigation Identify the risk and its mitigation. Share it with the stockholder. Identify
who will be owning what risk mitigation action plan.
1.1.4 Fund & Resource allocation Get the required fund and Resource approval.
1.1.5 Legal compliance Need to take all State law and origination law approval and conform before
stating project.

1.2 Drone Tech internal allocation and Approvals Take the internal approval of plan with the CEO of Drone Tech
1.2.1 Internal meeting with Drone engineers and IT To prepare WBS, Project Cost Estimate, Schedule and other Baseline

1.2.2 Resource and fund distribution Need to get the required resource commitment internally and provide the

is that the data privacy should be taken care while Drone Tech uses the

1.7 User Training The user need to be trained for the user of new IT system and the Drone
flight operation system.
1.7.1 Training to Pharma store managers Drone Tech needs to provide training to the selected Pharma store
managers and staff regarding the new Drone Delivery system
1.7.2 Train staff for use of new Drone flight operation Staff need to be trained to support and control the new Drone flight
operation

1.8 System Integration and Validation All the system the drone flight operation, the Delivery system, the online
order system need to be integrated and tested.
1.8.1 Integrate the system Integrated drone flight operation, IT Delivery system and the online order
