The Ortronics® ConCert Program has been developed to partner with our best
installers to enhance our relationship and build growth together.
The following elements are a part of the 2013 program:

■■Program levels – 3-tier system based upon history, commitment and regional
availability. Tier levels include Certified Installer (CI), Certified Installer Plus
(CIP) and Certified Installer Plus – Enterprise Solutions Partner (CIP-ESP)
■■Purchasing expectations – minimum expectations established for
Ortronics products
■■Training – updated training program with online course and classroom
training schedules available on ConCert portal
■■Certification – Company Certificates available on ConCert Portal at all times
for current companies
