    This inter-office memo is to request for the transfer of vehicle ownership through a Deed of
    Absolute Sale. The subject assigned vehicle is loaned by Mr. Rogelio Gandollas and is now fully
    paid. He is now selling the vehicle and request that the transfer of ownership be directly from SIDC
    to the new buyer of the vehicle, Mr. Freddie V. Bautista.
