construction)

considering to minimizing the social issue.

communicate about the project safety protocol especially for COVID 19
issue.

5 ENGINEERING  TIP will arrange regular coordination with TJA for design engineering
for all long lead material
 TIP confirmed to complete design basics and PNID for submit to TJA
included schedule and S-Curve.
 TJA and TIP will conduct site survey and will report to Company for
the survey result.

6 PROCUREMENT  Contractor already release Purchase Order for material Pipe 6” CS

API 5L X52 to Vendor
 Company request to Contractor to really assure the China Vendor TJA
about the API Monogram Status
 Company request fit or clear schedule for long lead item material
and Contractor shall assuring that the delivery for critical item really
meet the JINDI’s schedule
 If possible, Contractor could directly coordinate to Company for
make sure about the import material matter
