11.INFORMATION PROPER:
Information received that the LLO projected assembly conducted was the Apit
Tako 5th general assembly held at Pillar gym, Abra. Participants were mostly peasant
groups from different provinces of cordillera. The assembly was hosted by the
Timpoyog ti Manalon ti Abra. Guest speaker is Rep. ---------- ------- representative of
anak pawis partylist who discussed about irrigation fees and violence against
farmers.

Said event ended at about 3:00pm of the same date wherein 14 facilitators
were brought to the residence of James Barnacho located at Barangay ---, Pillar,
Abra.

Identified personalities during the said event are as follows:

This event was conducted to agitate the participants to highlight the upcoming
CPP 54th coming December 26, 2022.
