11. INFORMATION PROPER:

On April 16, 2024 at about 3:00 PM, information received from action agent that
a certain alias “BOSS”, a resident of No. 17, Ilagan Street, Brgy. Paltok, Baguio City
was reportedly engaged in illegal drug trade activity suspected selling/pushing of
Methamphetamine Hydrochloride locally known as “Shabu” in the area of Baguio
City.

12. COMMENTS:

Subject personality was listed as SLI of our station and watchlist of PDEA in the
area of Baguio City.

13. ACTION TAKEN:

a. Coordination with appropriate unit in the AOR is being conducted to aquired

more information and to further validate the information;
b. Dispatch Action Agent and BIN to conduct further monitoring and acquire
more information regarding the said personality; and
c. Furnish Intelligence Research Section, RID BCPO and other intel units for
their review.
