Introduction:
This survey on your training and capacity needs is being done in connection with the
forthcoming implementation of the Regional Capacity Development project of CHED and the
BFHE to capacitate the Bicol Higher Education Institutions’ faculty and staff in developing e-
learning and other flexible learning materials to prepare for the opening of classes in August
2020 under the new normal. To be able to address your needs for training and capacity
development on the respective task, kindly assess current knowledge and skills based on the
statements included in the questionnaire. Rest assured that your responses will be handled with
