DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:

        This deed, made and entered into this ____ day of July, 2020 at the City of Baguio, by and between:

PAMELA L. CHAN of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and with residence and postal address at No. 86
South Central Ledesma St., Aurora Hill, Baguio City ASSIGNOR
- and –
BONICCA PEARLEEN SANCHEZ SISON, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and with residence and
postal address at No. 64 Military Cut-Off, Baguio City, hereinafter called the ASSIGNEE

- witnesseth that –
WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR is a stockholder and holds certain shares of stock of AWESOMICITY VENTURES
INC. Doing Business under the name and style of PARAS ALTER STATION, a corporation organized and existing
under and virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with office address at Lower Ground, Casa Vallejo,
Luneta Hill, Baguio City, Benguet.;
WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR desires to assign Four Hundred (400) of his subscribed shares, as well as all his
rights and interests accruing therefrom, in favor of the ASSIGNEE;
WHEREAS, the ASSIGNEE is willing to accept the ASSIGNOR’S aforesaid share;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and, by virtue of the DEED OF
DONATION executed between herein assignor Pamela L. Chan and herein assignee Bonicca Pearleen Sanchez Sison
dated ___ day of July 2020 , the ASSIGNOR hereby cedes, transfers and conveys, in a manner absolute, all his rights,
interests and title to the aforementioned Four Hundred (400) common shares of AWESOMICITY VENTURES INC.
doing Business under the name and style of PARAS ALTER STATION, including all his rights appurtenant thereto, in
favor of the ASSIGNEE and the ASSIGNEE hereby accepts the same.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands on the date and place first above
