SUBJECT : SUMMARY OF EXEMPTIONS FOR INBOUND TRAVEL

DATE : 27 JULY 2020

For the information and implementation of all immigration personnel at ports of entry
and exit, please be advised of the summary of exemptions on travel restrictions
imposed for arriving passengers:

A. Per FSC No. 29-2020 dated 19 March 2020:

1. Spouse and children of a Filipino national

2. Foreign Government and International Organization Officials
3. Foreign airline crew

B. Per FSC No. 34-2020 dated 03 July 2020:

1. 9C visa holders

C. Per IATF-MEID Resolution No. 56 Series of 2020 dated 16 July 2020:

Effective 01 August 2020, the following visa categories shall be allowed entry:

1. Section 13 series of Commonwealth Act No. 613, as amended

- 13 quota, 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13G visas

2. RA7919 visa

- Legal residence status granted to certain foreign nationals through a Social

Integration Program under certain conditions as provided under Republic
Act No. 7919 1

 3. EO324 visa

- Foreign nationals who have acquired permanent residency under Executive

Order No. 3242

4. Native Born (NB) visa

- Foreign nationals born in the Philippines whose parents, either or both, are
lawful permanent residents3

D. Per Letter Directive No. JHM-2020-140 dated 20 July 2020:

1. Temporary Resident Visa relative to Section 13 of CA613, as amended (based

on MO ADD-01-038 / ADD-02-015 [Indians])

- Temporary Resident Visa of an Indian national under Memorandum Order

No. ADD-01-0384

2. MCL-07-021 Permanent Resident Visa based on Section 13A of CA613

- Permanent resident visa of a Chinese national married to a Filipino under

Memorandum Order No. MCL-07-0215
