Quarantine Status (Bulacan): MGCQ with strict local action

Resolution No. 52 (July 06, 2020)

 As of July 6, 2020, 46, 333 confirmed cases nationwide.

 Transportation:
MRT operations are temporarily suspended for approximately 5 days starting July 07,
2020 or until (RT-PCR) testing confirms negative a sufficient number of personnel to
resume at least limited operations.
*Update: MRT operations resumed on July 13, 2020, on a limited capacity after the line’s
management was able to assemble a sufficient number of employees who are free of
the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

 Agriculture:

Department of Agriculture recommends the implementation of nationwide approach to


deter the spread of the new strain of Swine Flu.

 Travel:

The sub-Technical Working Group on the Entry of Foreign Nationals is reconstituted to


sub-Technical Working Group on Travel;

Suspension of non-essential travel by Filipinos pursuant to IATF Res. No 13 dated March


17, 2020 is now lifted. All travel restrictions relative to outbound travel of Filipinos
pursuant to previous IATF Resolutions are likewise lifted.

Non-essential outbound travel of Filipinos shall be subject to the following conditions:


a. Submission of confirmed roundtrip tickets for those travelling on tourist visas;
b. Travel and health insurance;
c. Allowed entry by destination country in accordance with their travel, health and
quarantine restrictions;
d. Execution of a Declaration acknowledging the risks involved in travelling.
e. Upon return, shall follow the Guidelines of Returning Overseas Filipinos of the
National Task Force.

Resolution No. 53 (July 09, 2020)


 As of July 09, 2020, 37, 627 active cases nationwide.

 The IATF approves the following:


Recommendations of the NTF for COVID-19 in further strengthening screening and surveillance
activities are hereby adopted:
a. Supporting the efforts of the DOTr in the hiring of more civilians to serve as additional
personnel for contact tracing and swabbing in ports of entry;
b. Dedicating Subic and other ports as hubs for international crew change, strictly observing
established health protocols and guidelines; and
c. Establishing one-stop shops under the DOTr for uniform processing of arrivals in all
gateways.
 Inbound flight crew protocols as mandated by the International Civil Aviation Organization for
inbound flight crew are adopted. The DOTr including its attached agencies is directed to issue
the necessary guidelines, specifying that inbound flight crew must remain in their
accommodation establishments upon arrival to avoid transmission.

Resolution No. 55 ( latest: July 14, 2020)


 As of July 14, 2020, 35, 483 active cases nationwide.

 The IATF approves the following:


a. Designations of the National Task Force for Coronavirus Disease 2019 under the Chief
Implementor Secretary Carlito Galvez, Jr. to lead the individual components of the national
strategy against COVID-19 are hereby recognized:

For Testing – Deputy Chief Implementer Sec. Vivencio Dizon


For Tracing – Baguio City Mayor Benjaming Magalong
For Isolation – Public Works and Highways Sec. Mark Villar
For Treatment – Health Undersecretary Leopoldo Vega

 Omnibus Guidelines on the Implementation of the Community Quarantine in the Philippines
