Bureau of Pilgrimage and Endowment
Adhering to the Manasikul-Hajj, as shown in the diagram below, is a
condition for Hajj to be successful. The guidelines and information
contained in this booklet help ensure adherence to the Manasikul-Hajj.
Compliance thereof leads to a successful and a rewarding Hajj, Insha-
ALLAHu Subhanahu wa Ta’ala.

The National Commission on Muslim Filipinos is honoured to invite

qualified pilgrims to join with the Philippine Delegation for the 2015G /
1436H Hajj in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Commission is mandated, under RA 9997 and its Implementing

Rules and Regulations, to administer, manage and supervise the conduct of the
annual Hajj to Mecca, K.S.A. As such, it is committed to provide every
pilgrim with the best Hajj supports and services.

It is a fact that the success of every Hajj does not only rely on the
making of NCMF, but also on the efforts from the Sheiks and the pilgrims --
their support, cooperation, and compliance of procedures and documentations.
Rest assured, the Commission is dedicated to help improve the Hajj
operations.

REQUIREMENTS FOR HAJJ VISA APPLICATION
1. A passport and / or legal travel documents must be valid
for at least 6 months and must have a minimum of two
blank pages.
2. Two recent passport photographs (ID pictures) with
white background
3. Visa Application Form signed and stamped by NCMF.
Original and / or legible photocopy of such Form is
acceptable.
4. Airline ticket. Each applicant must be in possession of a
roundtrip ticket with confirmed reservations.
5. International Certificate of Vaccination issued by the
Bureau of Quarantine. Children aged from three months
to twelve years old must be examined by primary care
doctors.
6. Mahram – All female intending pilgrims are required to
travel with a Mahram (male escort – close relative).
Proof of relationship with the Mahram must be
submitted. Female over the age of 45 may travel without
Mahram but with an organized group. She must,
however, submit no objection letter from her husband,
son or brother, authorizing her travel for Hajj with the
named group. Such letter should be notarized by a
notary public. The Mahram should write his complete
information on the application of wife and children, or
any other relative whom he is traveling with. Marriage
and birth certificates issued outside of the Philippines
should be translated and notarized by a certified
translations office. Applicants under the legal age will
not be granted a Hajj visa if not accompanied by their
parents.
7. Hajj visa is granted gratis.

Note: 1. The Hajj Applicant shall personally pay the passport fee directly
to the Office of the Consular Affairs, DFA.
2. In case the pilgrim is willing to give a Murshid Fee, it shall be paid
directly to the Murshid / Shaykh and shall not exceed Two Hundred US
Dollars (US $ 200).
3. For those Murshid offering package deals, they are required to provide
itemized / breakdown of expenses to the pilgrims and NCMF for
transparency and accountability.

ALL EXCESS PAYMENTS MADE BY THE PILGRIMS, IF ANY
